On February 13, we met again on the project “The Book of Odessa-Jewish Recipes.”
In a short time, volunteers and wards missed each other, so they were happy to share their news and events. Then they started cooking the salad vinaigrette.
The wards told the volunteers different variants of its preparation. During the process of cooking, it became known that the taste depends directly on the amount of a particular ingredient, choosing the most optimal. In addition to one of the popular vegetable salads, they cooked apples with cottage cheese.
It was very delicious. It wouldn’t be otherwise in such a friendly atmosphere and pleasant company.
